Order processing time

Each product with the status "available" in the case of payment by transfer or online payment is sent immediately after the payment is credited to our account. Parcels are delivered by courier companies - delivery time depends on the carrier, type of shipment and recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
Attention! When paying by online transfer, the time of receiving the parcel is extended by the time of the transfer, and in the case of payment in installments - by the time of preparing and signing the installment agreement.

However, the order processing time is extended in the case of products sold by us in the so-called preorder. Then, a specific order completion date is set in the product description, e.g. "PREORDER|(execution date).

If you have chosen to collect your order via InPost parcel lockers, the parcel will be at the parcel locker of your choice within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment of sending the parcel.
